REGULATIONS FOR DOWNLOADING FREE EMBROIDERY PATTERNS AND CLOTHING FORMS

1. The owner of all embroidery designs is Gosia Design with its registered office in Wrocław.

2. The User is a person who decides to download free embroidery patterns or clothing forms made available by the Owner.

3. A free, free embroidery pattern or clothing form made available by the Owner on the website is hereinafter referred to as the „pattern”.

4. The Owner has the right to decide which designs will be made available to the User free of charge.

5. All patterns are offered only in digital form. It is not physically possible
transfer of the design in any other form than the one mentioned above.

6. Patterns can be downloaded by directly clicking on the „download” button presenting a given pattern, then by selecting the appropriate format or by clicking on the „Add card” inscription located just below the picture with
given pattern.

7. The user does not have to set up an account to be able to download the pattern. In order to download the pattern without
prior registration – just click on the picture showing the pattern, a
then select the pattern format that suits you.

8. The user has the right to download up to 5 files within 24 hours.

9. Embroidery designs are available in the following formats:
• 10o csd • dst
• exp
• hus
• jef • pes • vip • vp3 • xxx

10. Clothing molds are available in A0 and A4 formats

11. The Owner reserves the right not to change the sizes at the User’s request
free patterns. All designs are only available in their size
have been published on the website.

12. The owner is not responsible for any monetary loss either
compensation for consequential losses resulting from the use of this design.

13. The owner recommends that before the actual embroidery of a given pattern, the embroidery is made
trial.

14. The owner stipulates that he does not make custom embroidery designs.

15. Archival patterns are removed and replaced with new ones. Thus, the owner reserves
reserves the right not to send archival, free patterns at the User’s request. If the User wants to be kept informed about new designs – he/she is asked to subscribe to the Newsletter.

16. The owner informs that he will not provide answers regarding downloading patterns or any other related issues.

17. Using the templates available on our website in commercial projects is not allowed and constitutes a violation of the Regulations and Copyright Law (Act of February 4, 1994, consolidated text of 2016, CC)

18. Shared designs may not be sold by the User. The user has no right to share them with third parties or distribute them.

19. The designs made available by the Owner are his property and he has full copyright to them, which may not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

20. Any infringement of copyright and other civil rights will be considered in court by the court competent for the seat or place of residence of the User.
